FULL DAY ASWAN

Pick up from your hotel in Aswan and begin your tour visiting the unfinished obelisk , simply a quarry of granite stone . may be the only place that you can see and admire the stone-working as well as techniques , marks of workers' tools still visible . Then you will be invited to visit Aswan’s high dam constructed between 1960 – 1970 for a better control flooding and increase water storage for irrigation and generate hydroelectricity. Finally the most interesting stop will be in the temple of Philae , dedicated for Isis the most famous and powerful Goddess in the Grecorromana era . Located south of Aswan between low and high dam of Aswan . This temple is so famous by it’s wonderful and breathtaking landscape .The entire island was flooded after the the construction of Aswan low dam . Being one of the most importante landmarks of upper Egypt UNESCO prepared a huge project to rescue a lot of ancient monuments among of them Philae temple . Was entirely desmantled piece by piece and relocated to Agilika island . End of the tour dropping you back in your hotel .
